How to Buy

Once you have decided that you would like a free trial of our software, you will need to complete the NDA request form on our website. After we receive this information you will get a non-disclosure for your electronic signature via e-mail (usually on the same business day).

In order to transition your company from its existing billing system we will need:

• Customer Information
• Assignments (trunk groups, IP addresses, DNIS, etc.)
• Customer and vendor rates
• Switch types

Depending on the complexity of what is provided in step #2 converting this information can take up to five business days. We do not charge for conversions that take less than eight hours. Conversions which require over eight hours of programming time are negotiated.

We work with your IT department to install our software on your Linux servers. This includes setting up required connections between our software and your VoIP/TDM switches.

We run a parallel number comparison between our software and your existing software to ensure all traffic is accounted for and imported rates are accurate.

During steps 3 - 5 our company works very closely with your IT department and data entry personnel to get your routing and billing running smoothly. This is an ongoing process that extends into training on the use and functionality of the software.

The free trial starts with your install date. Once the free trial is over and you have decided to continue with FastLink for your routing and billing needs we will send you a Service Agreement. The process is the same for collecting signatures as the NDA process.

After your company is trained we offer continued support during our normal business hours. Emergency support is also available.
